Welcome to the Church of East St. Louis, where we endeavor to be the evidence of the Love of God. A third-generation pastor, Bishop Lemuel Nathaniel Moore, II and his lovely wife, Lady Joyce Ann Starks-Moore lead this interdependent and interdenominational ministry in the heart of East St. Louis, Illinois. Since 1966, the Church of East Saint Louis has provided a place of passionate worship and community involvement for men and women of all ages.
